This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact phone number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, kaya36 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit proof of identity (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP), proof of address, and additional documentation to verify your account. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. We typically process verification requests within 24 hours during business days.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must immediately notify kaya36 if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. kaya36 accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Indonesian players: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept payments from third parties—the payment method used must be registered in your own name.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 20,000 (e-wallets) to Rp 50,000 (bank transfers). Maximum deposit limits are set per transaction and may vary based on your payment provider and account verification status. Deposits are typically processed instantly for most payment methods. If your deposit does not appear in your account balance within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference.
You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and KYC verification. We set minimum and maximum betting limits for different games, events, and bet types. These limits are displayed on the platform and may vary based on the specific event, odds, and your account status. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time, including mid-event for live betting scenarios.
All bets are subject to acceptance by kaya36. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your account history, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. Bets are settled according to the official results of the event as determined by the relevant governing body. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific sport's rules.
In the event of an obvious error in odds, results, or any other aspect of betting or gaming, kaya36 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. Obvious errors include but are not limited to: incorrect odds due to human or technical error, incorrect event information, or results posted in error. If you notice a potential error, you must report it to customer support immediately.
For sports betting, including bandar bola (football betting) markets covering BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, and other competitions, all bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified (e.g., "To Qualify" markets include extra time and penalties). Live betting odds change rapidly; your bet is confirmed at the odds shown in your bet slip confirmation. We reserve the right to suspend or modify services at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons. We will not be liable for any losses incurred due to service interruptions, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, kaya36's liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount of funds deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the claim. We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our platform includes games and services provided by third-party game developers and service providers. While we select reputable partners, kaya36 is not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or fairness of third-party content. Any disputes regarding third-party games should be directed to the respective provider.

If you are not satisfied with the initial response from customer support, you may escalate your complaint by requesting review by our management team. Management reviews are conducted thoroughly and typically resolved within 14 business days.
All decisions made by kaya36 management regarding disputes are final and binding. By using our services, you agree to accept management's resolution of any disputes.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and verification procedures.
kaya36 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law or regulatory authorities. In such cases, we reserve the right to withhold any funds in your account if they are related to prohibited activities.
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, we offer self-exclusion options for players who feel they need a break from gambling.
